It is the end of January and the snow is falling but there is no time to rest on the farm. Spending our time planning for our expanded CSA. Ordering seeds and tools and making crop plans takes up more time than you would believe! We will be expanding to 35 members this year and now is the time to sign up! Sign ups will end May 1. Pay for the full season and get any weeks over 20 for free.
We have made some changes around here. Firstly, we are not over wintering sheep anymore. We will be buying both lambs and hogs in the spring for those of you that want lamb and/or pork. That being said we are opening up lamb and pork orders for this year now so place your order soon!
